This Privacy Policy provides privacy details on how we manage your personal information collected from our Bobooter mobility products (“Vehicles”) or the Robooter365 APP available in Google Play or the Apple App Store (the “App”or "365-app").

This Privacy Policy explains what information Shanghai BangBang Robotics. Co., Ltd and its affiliated companies ("BangBang", "we", "our" or "us") or our service providers collect through the App, how we use or share your information, and your rights with regard to such information. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using the Vehicles or the App, it will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and/or our Terms of Use.

In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information that can be used to identify an individual, either from that information alone or from that information combined with other information we have access about that individual.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

We may collect the following types of information:

• We collect certain information you choose to create or provide to us:

1. User Information: You may access the App's information query and browsing features as a Guest based on your needs, and you do not need to obtain or log in to your APP personal account through us. When you need to use the personalized features on the App (e.g., saving the images, texts, and videos you have viewed to your personal App’s account), you shall contact us via email after logging in to the App to obtain your personal account. To obtain your App’s personal account, you shall provide your personal information—including username, password, phone number, email address, nickname, selected profile picture, and registration channel—as required in our written notice.

2. User Generated Content: Depending on functionality of the App or account you choose to utilize, we may also collect content we publish that you add to your favorites or save and download while using the APP.. This includes contents such as text materials, images, videos, and news related to us and our products.

3. Feedback information: When you choose to share input, we will collect your user feedback such as photos, comments, contact information, App version, mobile device type (IOS or Android), and other feedback.

4. User service information: For example, When you browse our products on the App, we may collect your browsing history, saved items, and download records. We may also access the system software and plugins installed on your mobile device (phone or iPad) for App’s service provision requirements based on your authorization and the permissions.

• We may also collect certain personal information when you use certain functionality of the App and when applicable, with your consent, including:

1. Clipboard information: We may read the contents of your clipboard when you are using the App. For example, when you share the text and image content we publish on the App.

• We may also collect certain information automatically as you use the App, through the use of cookies and other technologies as further described in the Use of Cookies and Other Technologies Section below, including:

1. Software installation information: In order to enable you to view and access information published on the App (such as our product images, PDF documents, news and video content), we need to obtain your software installation information to determine whether you have installed an third-party application(including software and system plugins) that supports the function of Viewing, reading, playback, and local mobile device downloads.

2. Device information: Information related to your device. For example, hardware model, IMEI number, device/system/platform MAC address and SIM card IMSI information.

3. Log information: Information related to your use of services and functions on the App. For example, we may collect network request information, standard system logs, crash information and other information about use of the App. This information is only shared with us if you activate the function and the information is used to troubleshoot or address your questions.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing to you, processing, maintaining, improving and developing our App, including customer support and for services on the App.

• Communicating with you about our App or our products or services or any general queries, such as updates, customer inquiry support, information about our events, and other notices.

• Analyzing and developing statistical information on use of our App to better improve our services and App.

• Optimizing the performance of our products .

• Storing and maintaining information about you for our business operations or fulfilling legal obligations.

• To send you surveys or otherwise collect your feedback and preferences.

• To comply with law or protect our legal rights or the legal rights of others.

• To protect and secure our products, Services and the App and to prevent fraud, or to authenticate your access to our Services or the App.

• Other purposes when you consent to certain collection, use and disclosure of your information.

Here are more examples on how we use your personal information:

• Setting up your 365-app Account. Personal information collected when contacting us via email to obtain a App Account is used for creating your personal App Account and profile page for the user.

• Important notices. We will send out important notices which are legally permitted to be delivered to your email address or App interface.

• Google statistics service. We will use Google statistics services to analyze information to anticipate the trend of App functionality used.

DIRECT MARKETING

We may use your email address or App Account to provide marketing materials to you relating to our products and services or those of other BangBang family of companies, in accordance with applicable laws. You have the right to opt out of our use of your personal data for direct marketing. If you no longer wish to receive certain types of email communications you can opt-out by sending an email to privacy@bangbangrobotics.com or by using the unsubscribe link in our communications.

USE OF COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

When you use the App, we may use cookies and related technologies to collect and store information about your access and use of the App. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the App

We may also set cookies or similar identifiers for authentication and security to confirm whether you log in securely, or whether you have encountered illegal acts such as account compromise or fraud. These technologies will also help us improve App and increase the speed of login and response. When you agree to it, we may also use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics purposes, to track and analyze use of the App.

We do not permit third parties to track App users to promote third parties’ products or services. The App does not respond to browser-based Do-Not-Track signals. You may adjust the settings on your mobile device to limit what information is tracked through your use of the App. Please note that disabling certain tracking may impact your ability to use certain App functionality.

WHEN WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your personal information within our family of our affiliated companies and with third parties, such as:

• We may share your information with our service providers, distributors to help us operate our business, identify potential customers' purchase intent and provide the services on the App, such as Regional distributor and agency of the our products, our products’ Information counselor, telecommunications companies, data centers, data storage facilities, customer service providers, advertising and marketing service providers;

• To other third parties as necessary to protect our legal interests, rights or property, to comply with or satisfy any law, regulations or governmental request, and to protect our rights or the health or safety of others;

• With a successor entity, to which we reserve the right to sell, rent, disclose or transfer your personal data, in the event of a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other corporate changes to BangBang; and

• In accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws and regulations.

We also may share anonymized information and statistics in aggregate form with third parties for business purposes, for example we may share trends about the general use of our App, such as the number of customers in certain demographic groups who purchased certain products or who carried out certain transactions.

SECURITY SAFEGUARDS

In order to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or other similar risks, we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from your using of our App.

We will take all practicable steps to safeguard your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure, and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet.

RETENTION POLICY

Personal information will be held for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.

ACCESSING OTHER FEATURES ON YOUR DEVICE

Our App may need access to certain features on your device such as Wi-Fi network status. This information is used to allow the App to run on your device and allow you to interact with the App. At any time, you may revoke your permissions by turning these off at the device level or contacting us at privacy@bangbangrobotics.com.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

When you use the App, you can adjust the settings on your device to control how we access some of your personal information, including:

• Log in and out of the App Account;

• You can adjust your communication preferences by using the unsubscribe link in emails we send to you or by contacting us as privacy@bangbangrobotics.com;

• You can also correct or update your information through the App or by contacting us at privacy@bangbangrobotics.com.

MINORS

Our Services and App are not intended for children under age 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13. Should a parent or guardian have reasons to believe that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us to ensure that the personal information is removed.

UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it regularly. If we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you through our App, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it. Your continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The App may include links to third-party websites or platforms. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to products and services offered by a third party. We are not responsible for and cannot control how third parties use personal information which they collect from you. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other sites linked from our App and your use of such sites is subject to the privacy policies of those third-party sites or platforms.
